Marijuana vaporizer

Hi, me and my freind have had psoriasis together for a few months now, anyway he uses marijuana through a vaporizer. I would but i have a family history of epilepsy so im not sure about it. from what he has told me, and shown me, using marijuana through a vape can make your psoriasis easier to manage. Also he has it on his elbows, and says vaping can ease the pain during flare ups when extending his arm, and also ease the pain from after removing plaques. Does anyone do this and if so what have your results been?
