Red blotches and pale pink spots

Hi I don’t like asking this, as I know most of you are currently suffering badly with psoriasis but I’m 68 and have had psoriasis since I was 20, so I know what you are going through. I’m struggling to say this because of the length of time I’ve had psoriasis (afraid if I say it, it will come back) but currently my skin clear. My problem now is getting rid of the red blotches and pale pink spots which have been left by psoriasis. Please can anyone advise me on this?
