Plaque psoriasis

I have had psoriasis appear in my inner thigh area and only in the past year or two this condition arose it always seems to disappear and then return first appeared on just the one side of my thigh and now this time it has appeared on both has anyone else had it in this area before and if it is common

There's something called Koebner phenomenon where you can get psoriasis (or other skin conditions) flare up on areas of trauma. Inner thigh can get rubbed/hot particularly doing sport or if you're particularly muscular/chubby in that area. My first patches in my first major flare were inner thighs, caused I think by cycling. I also got it on the palms of my hands in identical places which match to the pressure points on racing bike brake/gear shifters.
