scalp treatment ear treatment

I have psoriasis most places but my scalp and ears I am stuggling to find treatment for I have just been prescribed betnovate but oh does it sting. been told I can only moisturise my ears any help gratefully received

Oilatum treatment shampoo or t gel shampoo.
Aveeno moisturiser and over the counter tube of 1% hydrocortisone cream which you can get at the pharmacy. I was given the advice to empty the tube of hydrocortisone into a tub with moisturiser mix it up then use that sparingly around the ears.
Hope this helps, I used to have it bad around my face and ears and this really helped. The shampoo that dr's prescribe always seem to burn!
