Finger nails

Hi Just a quick question, very recent to psoriasis really. Does anyone know why I might have developed like a shiny light pinky colour with a couple of white flakes under a couple of nails ? It looks like I have a weird nail polish on just two nails 😂 All my finger nails are sore around the edges especially near the cuticle, white little flecks and lines etc under a few, it’s this pink shiny thing that’s strange though. Thanks folks for any ideas.
