I really want to try your protocol soon - but would like to debate please... fermented foods - do you follow a mix... limit processed foods - advice please... adolescentis - you take Bulgarian probiotic complex one, there is adolescentis (only ingredient) in Brazil- it ships to Europe??... does this help? as I think you mentioned another in Europe?... Ellagic acid - any news on walnuts?....I have another query too... Hope you are still so clear & to hear from you - thank you.......
