Has anyone used this product as it claims to be highly moisturising for eczema and psoriasis prone skin ? If you have used it was it any good ?

It is merely claimed to be a moisturiser. Perhaps you saw it on Dragon's Den last night on BBC TV?
I would suggest that you risk less than £15 and order a tube of the solid form from Debenhams online and try it.
Or a small size of the balm directly from their website is under £10.00. Their literature only claims it is a moisturiser for dry skin.
Psoriasis and eczema type conditions do often benefit from moisturisers/emollients that can make skin feel more comfortable and reduce itching.

Incidentally, I have also used Vitamin E moisturiser (eg Body Shop Vitamin E Night Cream) on patches of psoriasis on my elbows and it has reduced them considerably.
