Hi, can anyone offer any advice on bubble bath and shower gel to use. I have psoriasis on my feet. Thanks Neil

Dear Neil Instead of bubble bath, you may want to try adding a mug full of Epsom Salt to a bath of water. I keep a 10kg bucket of Hexeal Epsom Salt at the side of my bath. It's more cost effective buying in bulk, and is currently selling online for £17.49. It's less messy than applying Dead Sea mineral mud to dry skin, then washing this off. Some years ago I developed dermatitis on my hands. My friend from school who is a GP recommended using Cetraben. This can be applied to dry skin, and also used with water when washing hands. If this were to be used as shower gel, a rubber shower mat may be advisable to reduce the risk of slipping. Hope this helps.
