Looking for any information if possible on what is the best foods to eat and also avoid, im suffering with now two types of psoriasis, I am currently using coal tar, it worked to start with and like everything else I’ve been given it doesn’t work so I heard changing your diet can help

The only thing that worked for me was PUVA light treatment at the hospital. Try and see your doctor about a referral. I paid to see a consultant private and only had to wait a few months I finished the light treatment last October, nearly 12months ago and fingers crossed 🤞 I'm completely clear now.
