Try adding probiotic foods to your diet and see if it helps you. We all differ -
You can add probiotic-rich foods into your daily diet, including options such as:
Sauerkraut
Yogurt
Kimchi
Kefir
Seaweed
Miso soup
Sourdough bread
Fermented cheeses, like Swiss, Gouda, parmesan, and cheddar
Many people on here swear by blueberries - it didnt help me sadly.

I found a probiotic that helped me, actually two. I am from the US and have tried many. Some have made me worse.
I have several autoimmune diseases including psoriatic arthritis and granulomatous disease so I am a great guinea pig.
One you can order from the Korean Site, Olive Young. It is isolated from Kimchi. “ ByoCore skin immunity probiotics are made with CJLP133, a vegetable-derived probiotic strain that is the first in Korea to be recognized for skin functionality by the MFDS.”
