Scalp psoriasis

I have a patch on my head and have an area which feels like there is a hole! I have titrated down my steroids to just hydrocortisone and use cocois as well, but I can't get rid of this patch that feels like a hole. Any ideas please?

Difficult to say on-line, but I would guess that if there is a break in the skin or a new sympton ie "a hole" maybe you should be consulting your doctor in cas of infection?
