Certolizumab

Hi I'm currently on cyclosporine and going to be transferred to biologic Certolizumab Pegol. I have been recommended this one as I am thinking of getting pregnant. I've been told there is little to no risk to baby, but on research these studies are small. Dermatologist has also said to finish taking cyclosporine but start biologic at same time when it arrives. Being pregnant on a biologic and also being on cy and biologic at same time makes me nervous. Anyone any experience of this plz?
