Under arm psoriasis

Hi, I had my first P flare up about 1 years ago, now limited to back of the head and the occasional chest flare up. This last 2 weeks have it in my arm pit, any ideas on how to treat, it doesn't seem to be responding to anything I've used previously.

I used something called Desonide Lotion .05% also called DesOwen it is by prescription only but used for folds and sensitive areas of the skin like underarms, hope this helps. The bottle itself seems to last a long time.
