Palmar Plantar and heatwaves

Has anyone else had a relapse in this heat? My hands and feet hadn’t been a problem for at least a year, now I feel I’m going backwards. Was told by the hospital to wrap my hands and feet in clingfilm after applying my creams but I can’t cope with this through the night! Any help appreciated
