Lotion applicator for back.

I am looking for tips on which applicator works when applying creams/lotions for the back. I am currently using Enstilar foam which I put on my shoulders etc., but it will not stick to a sponge applicator and I end up with Enstilar in all the right places but cannot find anything that is suitable for my upper back area. I live alone so have no one to do it for me. I cannot be the only one with this problem so any ideas would be helpful. thanks.
