Hi, I’m 43 had scalp psoriasis since I was about 13-14. I’m beginning to lose the will now 🤦🏼♀️ I can’t wear certain clothes due to it being all over my back, I can’t put my hair up as you can see it all round my hairline. I’m losing a lot of hair too. I feel I’ve tried so much from the doctors and nothing seems to work! I’ve cut out dairy and gluten and over the last 12 months I’ve started to do fasting. I thought this may help to heal the inside and out, but it’s not and it’s really getting me down. Has anyone tried anything herbal or more of a natural remedy? I just feel everything from the gp is short term and then it’s comes back even worse.
Thank you 😊

Hello, I did have scal psoriasis and was loosing a lot of hair. What worked for me was Capasol shampoo and organic coconut oil. I rubbed coconut oil into my scalp and put on a shower cap overnight. Shampooed off in the morning. As long as you don’t mind it may get on your pillow, but not too messy. If I was going out I would rub some round my hairline at front about an hour before.
It’s gone now, not saying that cured it, because I only have very little now on elbows and legs, but it did help at the time. Good luck

Try Borough bone broth. Rub it in directly, or put some in your bath water. It contains readily available natural collagen.

Hi. I'm the same with scalp psoriasis. Have had it for almost 20 years now and it's really getting me down.
I've spent lots of money on treatments and specialist shampoos and have had a few creams and lotions from gp but nothing helps longterm.
I might give the coconut oil a try, overnight.
It really is making me miserable and embarrassed
