Protein powder

Hello everyone. I have had P for around 10 years, initially nail P and then usual skin patches. I have come to understand some of the triggers, particularly for the nail P. Stress and alcohol goes without saying but being a regular gym goer I try to maximum protein intake but frustratingly some sources have quite rapid and long lasting impact - tinned tuna and protein powders of which I have tried many over the years. I’m new to this forum/organisation and wondering if anyone has had a relatable experiences? Thank you Steve
