Vitiligo/Psoriasis UVB home therapy machine by MBS

Hi I have a UVB home cabin with 24 Phillips UVB TLO1 tubes, it’s been used only 10 hrs. If you are interested look on the MBS skin site, I paid quite a few thousands for the machine and do not need to use now. I purchased during lock down when my local hospital stopped my treatment and I purchased my own. So much easier with no travelling to Hospital. I am open to sensible offers over £3500 and can perhaps help with delivery depending on location. I am based in south east.
