Combination enstilar and Hydromol

@Patrick, the hydromol.co.uk website gives some advice for each of the different products in their range. Hydromol is not a steroid, you can use it several times a day. Regarding the Enstilar, you should have been advised by the prescribing doctor how many times a day to use (eg once or perhaps twice). Usually I apply my steroid ointment in the morning after my shower. I try to massager it in as much as possible. Then I leave it an hour or so , if I can, to absorbed as much as possible before getting dressed . Then any moisturiser or emollient I apply later if the skin seems dry or is itching.

im gonna but in here... enstillar can't be used with certain types of psoriasis- the hot one... and I find it more a of sticking plaster style treatment that isn't all that great I've been using raw fresh organic aloe vera leaf with significantly better results literally healing the itch and redness and turniung the skin noticeably pinker and less angry... you should try it- fresh leaf edges trimmed off and cut into chunks- you can cut the fat bit off and then run the exposed gel straight on- for max effect chill the leaf cut in chunks in the fridge before use works better than enstillar- with my over 20 years of experience of treating my own psoriasis
