Methotrexate and mouth side effects

Anyone experienced mouth sores, dry mouth with methotrexate? Am on 12.5mg injections. Take folic acid 6 days. Been on methotrexate for over 10 years.
Have psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis.

Yes. Have been on mtx for over 10 yrs. now been advised to stop (not taken for 4 weeks) but dry & sore mouth still persist.
Could it be the psoriasis itself or a lingering side effect?
Have appointment with dermatology next week.
