Fighting a cold while on biologicals

I am on biological injections so count as immunosuppressed. I'm up to date with all my vaccines and have been doing well health wise until I caught a cold from my son over a week ago which is getting worse as the days go on rather than better. Any tips on how to try and fight this? Lovely side effect of that is my skin and arthritis has flared up due to it! Thanks!
