Very interested in any member feed-back regarding what they believe the best (kindest and most effective) facial shavers are for shaving every 3 or 4 days, with Facial Psoriasis.

I also deal with facial psoriasis, and what’s helped me is sticking to shavers that are gentle rather than super close-cutting. I’ve had better luck with electric foil shavers because they don’t scrape the skin as much as blades, especially when I shave every few days. I also make sure my skin is well-moisturized beforehand so there’s less irritation. Everyone’s skin reacts differently, but going for something mild and avoiding anything too aggressive has made a noticeable difference for me.

I've been having flares on my face for the last couple months.
Wet shaving seems to be a massive no go for me, every time I do this I flare like crazy.
Using an electric shaver seems to help, I use a cheap Phillips one blade. This doesn't give the closest of shaves but isn't too bad for the money, you can normally pick them up for about £20.
Using hydromol bath emollient on my face beforehand in the shower helps. Then, filling a sink with hot water and hydromol bath emollient and dipping the shaver in there whilst shaving works for me.
Using any sort of shaving gel/foam causes me issues , but moisturising my face in the shower beforehand with the hydromol bath emollient takes place of that!
