Hi,
Has anyone tried the gut treatment for psoriasis?
I was reading about it the other day and I was interested in trying this. The treatment consists of taking a daily dose of 53 microculture strains (one tablet) for a minimum of 3 months.
I wonder if it worked for some and if it reduced the psoriasis.
Best wishes.

Have you found Chuckling Goat ? They have developed and researched goat kefir for gut health and have had a lot of success with psoriasis.
It has not completed clear me (scalp, soles and palms) but it is a lot better than it was.

Thank you.
I have not heard about Chuckling Goat.
I looked it up and it is a goat kefir much cheaper than Kijimea K53. The problem is that I am alergic to dairy including goat's milk. I tried kefir before and ended up with stomach cramps.
I recently re-started taking probiotics and I want to see if this is helping. Those probiotics are a special selection which also help with IBS-C. It took me a long time to find them.
