FODMAP foods that helped my psoriasis, ibs and acid which is linked

Carrots, cucumber, eggplant, lettuce, potatoes, zucchini
Bananas (unripe), grapes, oranges, pineapple, strawberries
Lactose-free milk/yogurt, hard cheeses (Cheddar, Parmesan), Brie
Oats, quinoa, rice, corn, gluten-free bread/pasta
Eggs, plain meats (beef, chicken, fish), firm tofu, tempeh

These are foods which are really helpful with psoriasis, I have had a huge flare up since having IBS issues. As they are linked together in the same chronic illness in the gut. Since cutting out high fodmap foods it has tamed down but it can take 2-3 weeks for any benefits. Then you can slowly integrate your fave foods to see what causes your triggers. We can still enjoy life and enjoy food we just have to be more careful and I hope this helps anyone
