Acitretin

Hi, I suffer with Palmoplantar Pustulosis and have just completed 30 PUVA treatments.
Hello,
I've been advised to try Acitretin to treat my foot Psoriasis.
I had PUVA for 30 sessions that didnt really work and because I was wary of the potential side effects of Methotrexate, the dermatoligist suggested this as an alternative.
I take statins for cholestrol but am concerned that Acitretin could make this worse.
Grateful for any advice.
