New outbreak. What to expect.

I've had psoriasis since my early 20's. I'm now late 50's. I've a.ways had a few plaques that I just can't get rid of & I've had a few mild breakouts of guttate psoriasis that usually just clear up. I've now had the worst outbreak I've ever had. I can't get an appointment with my GP until next week. I'm just wondering if anyone has any idea what kind of treatment I'll get. Will it be too much for the GP to handle? Will I be referred to Dermatology? My daughter has been hospitalised with hers a few times but it's never been as bad as mine is. I'm really anxious about it all so just looking for some thoughts really. I thought I'd be able to post a photo. So most of my upper half is covered, backside & thighs. Arms and legs have a few spots but still coming out.
