Scalp psoriasis - Any experience with home UVB therapy (Philips BU-1S)?

Hi everyone, I’ve been dealing with scalp psoriasis for a few years now. I've been trying to treat it and keep it under control with various methods, but it can be really stubborn. Before I go ahead and buy it, I wanted to ask if anyone here has any personal experience with this exact model or similar handheld UVB lamps? My main concern is whether it actually works well for the scalp – I imagine getting the light effectively through the hair might be a bit tricky. Is it worth the investment?
