How do you do it?

Hi all. I'm just after some advice really. I suffer with psoriasis mainly on my feet, hands and fingers. They've been constantly painful, dry, cracked and bleeding for over 2 years and I'm at a loss. I've been back and forth the GP, and steroid creams/moisturisers have never worked and my symptoms are just worsening over time. Currently waiting for a dermatology appointment after being referred by my GP, as paying private would be too expensive. I have two young kids and work 12hr shifts where I'm on my feet all day. Walking is difficult and painful, and it's like touching glass/electric shocks whenever I touch anything or try to pick things up (I've now started dropping things). This has even stopped me being able to do any hobbies (I love golf and used to enjoy running and playing football but I can't do it anymore due to the pain) I'm miserable beyond belief, and if I'm honest just completely fed up. How do you guys navigate when it feels like you've got no other options but to suffer for the rest of your life? Or any tips on how to maintain some positivity or ease the mental burden? Thank you
