Systemic/biologic treatment

Hello, I am new to the forum. I’ve had psoriasis for the past 25 years. Used almost all types of steroid creams and lotions for my skin and scalp, a few phototherapy treatments as well as many other herbal/alternative creams, baths etc. However, it’s all become little to no use now. It’s everywhere all over my body, from head to toe. Got a new referral to a dermatologist to discuss starting systemic/biologic treatment. That’s my only hope now. However the waiting time is massive, more than a year. I am looking for a dermatologist in the Northern Care Alliance system who does both private and NHS consultation who will be willing to transfer my care back to the NHS after the first private consultation. I really can’t cope with it anymore and in desperate need for relief. Any recommendations would be very much appreciated. Thanks a lot.
