New diagnosis

Hi everyone
I was diagnosed with psoriasis on March and since then it’s got worse. Legs arms chest back and scalp.
I was given estillar which didn’t help and now have wynzora. Which I am just starting. I have been referred to a consultant but the waiting list is a year. I also went private.
Im not sure why I’m posting this but it’s really beginning to upset me. My body looks awful and it’s all so itchy.

Hi, I have just gone private too because I have been housebound for a month and couldn’t wait any longer. I had 90% of my body covered 4 years ago and after the usual ploughing through 20 plus steroid creams and lotions, I had lightbox treatment and it cleared my body but left with psoriasis on my hands a feet. I start on ACITRETIN today and will keep you updated. I did find Dead Sea salt baths help with the itching and epiderm ointment or cream helped me the best.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. Im sorry it’s been so bad for you. When you tell people about it they dont seem to take it that seriously but i see how it affects people so much now. I hope your new treatment works well for you. I’ll take your suggestions on board.
