psoriosis arround eyes

Hi , I have been facing this since 2 years , GP doctors still saying eczema , today one of the pharmicist pointed out that its psoriosis not eczema .. really strange situation with NHS GP in london. Long story short, i have been using epimax original cream and epimax eyelid ointment (Emollients) to keep the skiin moist since last 2 years, it has been under control but spreading very slow. Now, since last 2 months, it has worsened and increased . Speed at which it is coming up on skin near by eyes , is a nightmare. Is anyone suffereing similar issue, if yes, pls share your experience and treatment details. WOuld love to know dermetologiest you are consulting. Looks like i need to step up from my emolluments
