Christmas opening hours

Our opening and closing dates over Christmas and New Year, plus helpline availability.

The Psoriasis Association office will be closing at 12pm on Friday 23rd December 2022, and reopening at 9am on Tuesday 3rd January 2022.

During the Christmas break, our helpline will be closed. You can still call us on 01604 251 620 and leave an answerphone message, email us at mail@psoriasis-association.org.uk or message us on WhatsApp on 07387716439. However, please be aware that we will be unable to respond until the office reopens on Tuesday 3rd January, and that it may take us some time to work through the messages that have been left.

If you need any medical assistance during this period, please contact your GP, local walk-in centre, hospital or pharmacist. Remember to check the opening hours of your GP surgery and local pharmacies in advance, as many will be closed or reducing their opening hours over Christmas and New Year.

If you require medical assistance when your GP surgery is closed, you should contact your local out-of-hours service. You can usually do this by calling your GP surgery and listening to the instructions on the out-of-hours message.

For urgent medical advice, please call 111 to speak to a trained NHS adviser. More information can be found on the NHS website.
