We Are Undefeatable Campaign Launched

The ‘We Are Undefeatable’ campaign demonstrates how exercise can be incorporated into daily life whilst navigating the unique challenges of living with a long term condition.

We Are Undefeatable‘We Are Undefeatable’ is a campaign launched by Sports England in conjunction with 15 health and social care charities to encourage people with long- term health conditions to get moving.

One in four people in the UK have a long-term health condition, and they are twice as likely to be inactive as the rest of the population, despite exercise being shown to sometimes help with severity of symptoms, as well as promoting overall health and wellbeing.

The campaign aims to demonstrate that there is no ‘one size fits all’ form of exercise, but that staying active is about finding what works for you. It also includes moving videos of the real life experiences of people with long term health conditions and their own journeys to being active, as well as a host of useful materials and ideas with where to start on your exercise journey.

Creating healthy lifestyle habits have been shown to be beneficial for people living with both psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, so if you would like to find out how to get started visit We Are Undefeatable.
