can someone please give me any other types of shampoo for psoriasis to the scalp

I have had psoriasis since I was 4 years old....currently 30 years!
Hi Madhead. I've had psoriasis on body & scalp for about 30 years now (I'm 34). During 1 particularly bad flare up, where I was hospitalised as I had erythrodermic as well as my usual plaque psoriasis, I was given Capasal shampoo to use. Its medicated & is tar based, like Polytar. But its not as runny & I didn't find it as harsh on my skin. Doesn't smell as strongly either! My dermatologist advised me to mix it with a normal shampoo (I think that was cos it was quite expensive!) so I mixed it with Johnson's Baby shampoo. I thought this was likely to be the mildest. Worked very well for me. Hope this helps u!

You can try Ionil-T shampoo then Defosalic lotion for inflammatory.
