I've been given the choice between these two drugs, looking for feedback and your experiences please.
Thanks

I've had my 2nd dose of ustekinumab (Stelara) and it is good. Psoriasis has responded well. Slower to heal than Adalimumab (Humira) which initially agreed with me then took a sudden turn in not agreeing with me (2 weeks in hospital!). I was on Acitretin for 10 years and it stopped working slowly. Methotrexate was a disaster with me! I do get pins and needles but not sure if down to the Stelara or my iron deficiency! So far so good though! Never tried Secukinumab (Cosentyx)

I was 95% clear of psoriasis for the first few months of cosentyx but it gradually came back within 6 months

Thanks for your reply, I've gone with Cosentyx and literally just had my 4th weekly pair of injections. So far so good, the plaques and redness have reduced but still visible.
Hopefully this last 'weekly' injection will get it cleared 😊
