Hi all, just want some advice, I had Psoriasis as a kid, elbows as such, nothing too major, it went and all was good, 40 years later after a relationship break up and a lot off stress it's really come back, is this normal? I have drank a fair bit too but cut that down, just need advice

Irascible septuagenarian fed up with the psoriasis constantly at me

Stress is one of the biggest triggers and it wont be made any easier by alcohol, so cut that right out and seek some treatment from your GP. If that does not show a marked improvement within a couple of months then ask to be referred to a specialist before it becomes a major problem for you. Good luck and please come back to let us know how you are progressing.
