Scalp psoriasis and puffy area in dent above collarbone

Hi, I'm new to this site, but have had psoriasis for 17 years. I suffer from flare ups of guttate, but permanently have scalp psoriasis,worse on the left side of my head, and also in my left ear. My main question is, could this be the cause of an area of puffiness in the gap above my collarbone? It's not hard, it doesn't hurt, it just seems puffy, and I know, there is a lymph node in there, so wondering if this is affected by the psoriasis? I'm struggling to find anything about this on the internet. I've had it for a long time, so it's not only just appeared. If anyone can help or advise, I would be grateful. Many thanks Anniejay58
