How to apply Dovobet on your scalp by yourself? Any tips?

Hi everybody, A very practical question... I find it difficult to apply Dovobet gel on the right spot to treat the psoriasis on my head, without getting most of it in my hair or on non affected parts of my scalp. Does anyone have a good technique or advice for that? I have about 15 or so distinguishable places on my head where the psoriasis shows with flakes and itch, luckily all beneath my hair. The mirror doesn't help... Normally my girlfriend would do it for me, but I don't always want to ask her and she's away for some time now... so that's why. Thanks a lot!

Irascible septuagenarian fed up with the psoriasis constantly at me

I did not use Dovobet on my scalp so I cant advise you, but maybe trying two mirrors (both fixed after adjusting) so that your hands do not have to work in reverse .. it sound difficult and I wish you well. I cleared my scalp be persevering with daily Capasal shampoo on prescription; it took many months and now I still use it daily to keep the P away but only use 1/2 the amount.
