Deep painful lesion

Evening all, I’m currently using daktacort - the one with the steroid (apparently there is one without). My shins look like I’ve been scalded but I have 2 wounds. I wasn’t too worried about them at first but they seem to be getting deeper. They’re definitely not healing! And they are very sore. If I even graze/brush my shin slightly, it’s so sore. Not sure if I should go to the gp tomorrow. Could it be the start of an infection? It’s all pretty new to me.
