Kidney pain!

Has anyone suffered severe back pain around the kidneys with skilarence, my partner is in agony, he's off work and planning a visit to gp tomorrow, he couldn't get to the full dose due to stomach cramps, and was only taking 1 x 120mg a day when he should be on 6. He wont take anymore ☹
