Does anyone know if you can suffer from bone erosion with PA. many thanks Kate

Yes, it's less common than in some other forms but it can happen.

Thanks for the reply. I have erosions on my wrist & IP joints.. I have psoriasis & nail discease. Rheumatologist is 95% I have PA and I may need immunosuppressant in the long term.

I think Gilead's Filgotinib ( a highly selective JAK1 inhibitor) will be a game changer for Ps A. I am waiting on the HLA-B27 result but my consultant is 100% that I have PsA. I have tears in my foot bones and bone marrow odema. Am currently on Etoricoxib and a PPI, whilst the redness on my fingers my foot pain is the same. Just the slightless movement can make me burst into tears.
