Dermalmd review: Psoriasis serum good product.

A month before I came to know that I was suffering from scalp psoriasis and started to use Dermalmd psoriasis serum within a week most of the red spots are gone but that area is still dry. This product is giving me a great relief from the horrible itching. But I want to know that has anyone used Dermalmd psoriasis serum for scalp and how long will it take to completely get rid of psoriasis? Please help.
