Treatment and work commitments

I’ve recently been diagnosed with psoriasis that appeared overnight covering the majority of my body. I’ve seen my doctor and other professionals who have told me UVB treatment is the best. However 2/3 times a week to my not so easy to get to hospital is taking its toll on my work life. How can you juggle both?

Since 2001, tried uvb and creams
Can you approach your employer and ask for flexibility? My employer understood with my uvb. Most hospitals start uvb very early in the morning
