Emollient/moisturiser preference?

Hello,
I've had guttate psoriasis for around 25 years, had several rounds of light therapy and about to start methotrexate. I have been using cetaphil cream as an emollient for the last few years, generously applying 2-3 times daily. But I feel it's not working as effectively for me anymore.
What do others use or what is available on prescription?
I prefer creams and ointments as they last longer.

The best I have found is Doublebas Dayleve Gel, in a 500g pump dispenser.
second best is Doublebase Gel, also in a 500g pump dispenser.
Both available over the counter or on prescription

I use iso-urea from La Roche Posay. Using twice a day keeps my psoriasis in check.
