Had it since 9yrs and now 34. Currently covered

Hello everyone, I have psoriasis for over 25 years now after I was diagnosed when I was 9yrs. I have set myself a mission to cure myself through diet and nutrition and so far I have made encouraging progress. I have made a 2 minute video on YouTube asking for help from people that have already made this journey and have already seen success https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K3e0bJCS39E Feel free to wish me luck and share with me all the advice you have :) I am determined to take my young son swimming in the next couple of months - but I need your help, advice and stories to help me along the way. Feel free to leave avice here, on YouTube in the comments section or via my twitter. Thanks everyone, Richard

I have had psoriasis for over 17 years now. I once was covered on more than 75% of my body, tried many treatments...and just stopped everyth

Hi Richard, I am starting tomorrow the Pagano regimen. Basically it is mainly what you are doing + a bit more like cutting completely on cane sugar, saturated fats, shellfish (but you are a vegan so not to worry! ;)), coffee, spicy food, vinegar... you should avoid acidic foods. Also according to his theory and experience, people with Pso have the leaky gut syndrom, so we should completely detox (yes, that includes nice parts like enema and high colonics) and allow our intestines to become thicker and not porous anymore through diet and drinking some herbal teas. I have had pso for 20 years now - I was diagnosed when I was 14 ;) and it is my attempt at cing it for good. I gave up on drugs years ago as I'm not a big fan of those in general. Anyway, tomorrow's the beginning of my pso-free life! So good luck to you, and keep us posted! Pris
