Light therapy and itching

I strated light therapy last week. Have had three sessions and already I can see the spots on my back are looking better. But not those n my legs - my legs and bum are itching like mad, especially at night. I reliae this is a side effect of light therapy - can anyone advise what worked for them to relieve the itching? Thanks.
