General Itching

Hello I’ve suffered from P all my life and my patches on legs and elbows flare up in winter but over the last week I’ve been noticing more itching, mostly where I have patches but also in places where there’s no visible patches. Has anybody else suffered from this, general itching? I think it may also be my mind making it worse! Thanks

I've suffered since my early thirties but have noticed an increase in itchiness over the last 12-months .. like you describe, both where the lesions are and also where my skin is clear. I underwent PUVA treatment July 2018 and this cleared up the psoriasis and took away the itching but when the treatment ended, it came back quickly as did the itching.

Hi I take one hay fever tablet a day which cuts down on the redness and itching.
