Apremilast mwdication

I’ve been on cyclo, made me ill. Tiredness a killer. But worked , couldn’t live with side effects.mtx didn’t work Also had light therapy. Didn’t work Now on apremilast and doesn’t appear ro be doing a great deal , cleared elbows and forearm slightly. Slight less shedding skin , still red but lighter. Is this as good as it’ll get? Started med in feb this year, was hoping that would be clearing better, still Noticeable 😩 gutted as turkey in few weeks and not comfortable with clothing etc. Legs pretty hideous . Too embarrassed to show. Will apremilast work as effective as cyclo.? Does it need a while to work? Thanks xx
