CBD oil

Hi,

I’m new to the forums.

I have suffered with guttate psoriasis since my teens (am 37 now). I’ve tried everything- steroid creams, phototherapy (cleared but returned as soon as stopped), cyclosporine (had to stop due to side effects but was effective). Now being offered methotrexate but to me this is a last resort.

Last week I had tonsillitis, now my psoriasis is worse than it’s ever been... I’m estimating I’m about 50% covered and it’s very red, hot and itchy. The pharmacist advised to use enstillar again (i was on a break from it).

I’ve been reading about the potential anti-inflammatory benefits of CBD oil (cannabis) and wondered if anyone has tried this or had any experiences that they could share?

I’m also really interested in the diet side of things and if any particular dietary changes have made a big impact.

Thank you.
