Stop scratching........

Acute

I'm up again at 0244 because I've woken myself up scratching yet again, this has been going on for two weeks now. I went to the doctors and she thought I may have had scabies, as I had developed a line of red dots along one arm and on my hand - I've used the treatments twice, washed and hoovered everything in sight, but I am still scratching until I'm in agony. I've had a stressful month and seem to be experiencing my first ever 'flare' - I'm 58 and have had psoriasis for 40 years. I've got patches all over me and have had itching of individual patches in the past but this time it's one patch after another in rotation and it burns. I used Betnovate on my worst patches before I went to bed tonight. I've got cotton sheets, cotton pjs - anyone got any ideas? I took the Boots allergy tabs last week but they made me feel odd - and now I can't find them, and can't bear to go back to bed! Any advice welcomed.

Dermalmd psoriasis serum is the best I have found for psoriasis. It clears up the itching, flakes and painful bumps. I first purchased it a walmart. For some reason, I have not been able to find it there again. I can not find it anywhere in town. Dermalmd.com official site had the best price and with the free shipping, it is even better.

I have the same issue which got worse about 20yrs ago. I now know mine started in my early 30's but not confirmed for over 10yrs. Again I also scratch without being aware of it. Every now & again mine spreads from my scalp to my face, hands, & elbows. I have also progressed to pulling my hair out through consent combing & pulling with my fingers. I have tried everything but nothing has worked & it is unpleasant when you have a desk covered in white skin cells! When I think about it I try to pat my skin rather then scratch, but not easy when it is your scalp. I am better if I keep occupied which is why I gave up working in an office full time, because I sit there there the whole time scratching. You would think that by now someone would have found a cure for this.

Just me fhat feels the skin itself is not itchy? I always hear “stop picking” the itch is actually underneath the layers or growing skin so scratching and taking the skin off helps, if they had it they know!! X
